By accessing or using ClickNaija, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining account security. Users must be at least 18 years old.
Promoters must not generate fraudulent clicks through bots, click farms, self-clicking, or any artificial means. Fraud results in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.
Business owners must ensure promotions comply with Nigerian advertising laws. Content must not be misleading, illegal, or harmful. Promotions are subject to admin review.
Promoter earnings are held for 7 days before release for fraud verification. Payouts are processed to Nigerian bank accounts. ClickNaija takes a platform fee from each click as disclosed in the pricing tiers.
ClickNaija employs a 9-layer fraud detection system. Clicks identified as fraudulent are not paid. Repeated fraud attempts result in permanent account bans.
ClickNaija reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may close their accounts at any time. Outstanding wallet balances will be paid out per standard timeline.
ClickNaija is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
